Ceylon Cinnamon is considered to be the True Cinnamon among all the 100 different varieties of Cinnamon that are grown worldwide. It is cultivated almost exclusively in Sri Lanka. Its correct botanical name is Cinnamomum Zeylanicum or Cinnamomum Verum, which translates directly to True Cinnamon.
