BBQ Spice rub for pork ribs or butts. Make up in any amount you want and store in a shaker jar.

Black Peppercorns, Chipotle Pepper Ground, Cumin Ground, Garlic Powder Granulated, Onion Powder, Smoked Spanish Paprika, Sweet Spanish Paprika, White Pepper Ground, Demerara Sugar

16 parts turbinado sugar (Demerara Sugar)
4 parts smoked sweet paprika
4 parts regular sweet paprika
4 parts salt
1 part granulated garlic
1 part onion powder
1 part ground cumin
1 part morita (red) chipotle
1 part black pepper
1 part white pepper

Measure then grind sugar then add all ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle liberally on pork (ribs or butts) then smoke.
