Delicious Dutch Hot Cocoa Recipe

This is one of my favorite hot cocoa recipes ever. Great in both instant (just add water) or indulgent (made with milk) methods!

Cayenne Pepper, Sonoma Sea Salt, Pure Vanilla Extract - 100%, Dutch Process Cocoa Powder, Whole Milk Powder, Ceylon Cinnamon Powder

2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Spice Sage Dutch-Processed Cocoa Powder
2 1/2 Cups Spice Sage Whole Milk Powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 pinch Cayenne Powder or Ceylon Cinnamon depending on taste
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract or the scrapings of one pod

1) Heat water or milk to near boiling (careful not to scald the milk!).
2) Add all dry ingredients together to make a mix.
3) Add several tablespoons of powder to a mug (more or less depending on taste)
4) Whisk with milk or water and top with whipped cream
