Surprise the mom in your life with these
easy pancakes. Organic, raw cacao nibs pair with brown sugar to make
these pancakes different. The cacao nibs are nutty, firm, and a bit
bitter—a perfect complement to sweet pancakes. These go well with
crispy bacon and hot, fresh scrambled eggs.
Whisk the ingredients except the cacao
nibs, together in a medium size bowl with a pouring spout. Heat your
griddle or pan to 350 degrees.
Pour batter directly on to hot surface
to cook. Do it slowly and let the batter spread to about 4 inches. Keep
your hands still and pour into one central spot for perfectly round
pancakes. Cook until the edges look firm, and there are bubbles on top.

until the pancakes are done.
Remove the cooked pancakes and continue
