I recently ordered some Korintje Cinnamon from you. It is the best cinnamon I have ever had. Keep on with the great products.

Aceto Balsamico Di Modena 6 Year

Also Known as:  Six Year Aged Balsamic Vinegar, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar or Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Origin:  Modena, Italy

Ingredients:  Cooked Grape Must and Wine Vinegar

Taste and Aroma:  Rich, and has a complex flavor that balances the natural sweet and sour notes of reduced grapes with a hint of earthy woodiness from the casks in which it's aged.

Uses:  Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is great in salad dressings, dips, marinades, reductions and sauces. Try fry your favorite vegetables like broccoli and caulflower. Drizzle it over mozarella, tomatoes, and basil. Bring out the flavors in seafood dishes like scallops, shrimp, and grilled fish. Try it in pasta salads, polentas, and risottos. Great with cold cuts like mortadella, proscuitto, and more. For the more daring palates, drizzle some traditional balsamic vinegar over fresh fruit like pears, figs and strawberries or sweet puddings, custards and gelatos. This amazing import from Italy is bound to become one of your favorite new condiments.

Substitutes:  Aged Balsamic Sea Salt

Fun Fact:  Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has been in production since the Middle Ages. One of the earliest mentions of balsamic vinegar is mentioned in a document dated 1046 AD.
