Ingredients: Cinnamon, Cloves, Allspice and Nutmeg.
Taste and Aroma: Sweet and pleasant.
Uses: Apple pie, cookies, coffee cake, french toast, waffle batter, pancake batter and fruit.
Substitutes: Pumpkin Powder, Anise Seed or Cinnamon
Fun Fact: Apple pie recipes date all the way back to the 1600s and are of Dutch origin.

| Apple Pie Spice is YUM-O. I have used this spice in pancakes and waffles and it is sooooo yummy! Besides tasting good, it makes the whole house smell amazing while you are cooking with it. My mouth is watering just thinking about fresh apple pie spice waffles....sounds like dinner plans! |

If an item you ordered is going to cause a delay beyond 7 business days, we will contact you. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number that night.
If you need your order quicker than 7 business days, we suggest you take a look at our discounted priority shipping options. We offer an almost unheard of low flat fee on UPS 2nd Day Air (2-3 business days) of only $10. Our discounted Next Day Air rate (1-2 business days) is $25 + $1.60 per pound.
We refuse to treat shipping as a profit center as do so many online merchants. In return all we ask is that you are patient with us as we work as hard as possible to get your spices to you as quickly as possible!
We ship anywhere within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico! Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States or to APO addresses at this time.
