Bavarian Potato Dumpling Mix

Also Known as:  German Potato Dumpling Mix or Knodel Mix

Origin: Germany 

Ingredients:  Dehydrated Potatoes, Starch, Salt, Disodium Phosphate, Mono and Diglycerides, Sodium Citrate, Palm Oil, Sodium Metabisulfate (Used to Protect Quality), Natural and Artificial Flavors, Ascorbyl Palmitate, and Turmeric Extract (for Color). 

Taste and Aroma:  Soft, moist and doughy. It's like mashed potatoes when boiled, and croquettes when it's fried.

Uses:  Now, you can make classic German dumplings ("knodels") at home with this fun and easy-to-make potato dumpling mix.  It takes the complicated guess work out of measuring, saving you both time and energy.  Potato dumplings make great appetizers and side dishes.
