A mix for making instant Chai Tea.  I use low fat but you can use regular creamers if you want to do so.  Makes more than 10 servings.

Allspice Ground, Cardamom Ground, Cloves Ground, Ginger Ground, Saigon Vietnamese Cinnamon Ground

1 CUP DRY MILK
1 CUP PLAIN CREAMER
1 CUP VANILLA CREAMER
1 ½ CUP SPLENDA
½ CUP BROWN SUGAR SPLENDA
1 ½ CUP INSTANT TEA
1 TSP GINGER
1 TSP CLOVES
1 TSP CARDAMOM
1 TSP CINNAMON
1 TSP ALLSPICE

In a large bowl, combine milk powder, non-dairy creamer, vanilla flavored creamer, sugar and instant tea. Stir in ginger, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. In a blender or food processor, blend 1 cup at a time, until mixture is the consistency of fine powder. To serve: Stir 2 heaping teaspoons Chai tea mixture into a mug of hot water.
