Below are three photos to give you an idea of how much product you will receive in each size package. We filled up each size bag with marbles and placed them next to a quarter to provide a clear representation. There are two different photos, one for standard spices/seasonings and one for herbs. Since many herbs are so leafy the same weight will fill up a much larger bag. This is why some of the herb prices seem a lot higher than the spice prices, but you are actually receiving more product.

The third image is of our 1 cup Bottle with Sifter next to a popular national brand found in most grocery stores. You can see that our bottle holds close to 2.5 times more product than the national brand bottle. Plus, ours often costs less! Please be aware some other online retailers only offer 1/2 cup(4 fluid ounces) bottles. We choose to offer double the size 1 cup (8 fluid ounces) bottles to give you the biggest bang for your buck!

We hope you can see from these images that regardless of which size you order, you are getting a lot of product and a very good value compared to the supermarket.

Overnight Breakfast Casserole

This fantastic breakfast casserole is reminiscent of the great Monte Cristo sandwich. It’s a perfect recipe to serve on Christmas morning, since it keeps overnight in the fridge. Simply assemble the night before, and pop in the oven that morning. Simple!

  • Yield: 5-6

  • Level of Difficulty: Easy

  • Cook Time: 40 Minutes

  • Prep Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 package

    frozen French Toast

  • 3

    eggs

  • 1/2 cup

    milk

  • 1 teaspoon

    vanilla extract

  • 4.5 ounces

    sliced, cubed deli ham

  • 4.5 ounces

    sliced, cubed deli turkey

  • 1 package

    sliced white cheddar

Directions

Take the French Toast out and spread it out to thaw. Meanwhile, slice the turkey and ham. Once the French Toast has softened, cube each slice.

Combine the eggs and milk in a large bowl. Add the cubed French Toast and toss to combine.

Add half of the French Toast mix to an 8×8 casserole dish. Top with the turkey, then half of the sliced cheese. Add the rest of the French Toast mix, then layer on the ham and the rest of the sliced cheese.

Cover and refrigerate the casserole overnight.

The next morning, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375-degrees for 30 minutes. Remove the foil, and bake an additional 10 minutes until lightly golden. Serve immediately!

*You can choose to top with raspberry jam, confectioners sugar, or maple syrup but I like mine plain!
