Chana Masala

Also Known as: Chana Masala Powder

Origin: India

Ingredients: Coriander, Dry Mango, Pomegranate Seeds, Chili, Cumin, Musk Melon, Salt, Black Pepper, Black Salt, Fenugreek Leaves, Cloves, Mint, Nutmeg, Dry Ginger, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Cardamom Ammomum Seeds, Caraway and Mace.

Taste and Aroma: Hot, citrusy, warm and intense.

Uses: A traditional Indian Seasoning for chick peas, Chana Masala is also great on: Vegetables, bread, curry, potatoes and stew.

Substitutes: Rajma Masala, Pani Puri Masala, Chaat Masala or Pav Bhaji Masala

Fun Fact: Chana Masala is a great recipe for vegetarians, because chick peas are rich in protein, fiber and iron.

We refuse to treat shipping as a profit center as do so many online merchants. In return all we ask is that you are patient with us as we work as hard as possible to get your spices to you as quickly as possible!

We ship anywhere within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico! Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of North America or to APO addresses at this time.

We proudly ship our full product line of 400+ gourmet spices and ingredients to Canada. We ship via Purolator, the most trusted name in Canadian shipping. We offer an extremely low flat fee of only $15 and FREE shipping on orders $75+. This includes all shipping charges, duties and fees. Simply select the Canada Purolator shipping option from the drop down menu on the shopping cart page. In order to offer you such a low cross border shipping rate, we consolidate our Canadian shipping to a weekly pickup at our fulfillment center. Thus, you can expect your order to arrive anywhere from 2 business days to 12 business days depending on when your order is place and where you are located. We will notify you if an item is back-ordered and we are unable to deliver within the 12 business day time frame.
