Cranberry Conserve Recipe

Low-cal side dish or condiment. This can be strained and thinned to make sauce for meat.

4 cups Cranberries
1 cup orange juice zest from 1 orange
1 cup Splenda
1 tsp Ginger -grated fresh
Zest of 1 lemon
1/2 cup chop Walnuts or Pecans

Add all ingredients except nuts in sauce pan. Cook until cranberries pop a bit. Mash most of it with potato masher or fork. Then put in nuts. Adjust to taste.
