Ingredients: Cumin Ground
Taste and Aroma: Slightly bitter, warm and powerful.
Uses: Ingredient of Curry Powders, chili, Mexican food, burritos, tacos, cheese and stews.
Substitutes: Curry Powder, Aleppo Pepper, Coriander, Caraway Powder or Cumin Seeds
Fun Fact: An ancient belief states that a bride and groom should carry cumin on their wedding day to guarantee a happy life.
-Good source of iron required to create hemoglobin in the blood
-May aid the digestive system by reducing symptoms of indigestion, nausea, gas and diarrhea
-May reduce symptoms of the common cold due to its antiseptic properties
-May be applied topically as a paste to relieve boils

If an item you ordered is going to cause a delay beyond 7 business days, we will contact you. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number that night.
If you need your order quicker than 7 business days, we suggest you take a look at our discounted priority shipping options. We offer an almost unheard of low flat fee on UPS 2nd Day Air (2-3 business days) of only $10. Our discounted Next Day Air rate (1-2 business days) is $25 + $1.60 per pound.
We refuse to treat shipping as a profit center as do so many online merchants. In return all we ask is that you are patient with us as we work as hard as possible to get your spices to you as quickly as possible!
We ship anywhere within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico! Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States or to APO addresses at this time.
