Dave’s Hurtin’ Habanero Hot Sauce

Also Known as: Habanero Pepper Hot Sauce

Origin: Costa Rica

Ingredients: Water, habanero puree (habanero peppers, salt, acetic acid), apple vinegar, cane vinegar, red chile puree (red peppers, salt, acetic acid), spices, lemon juice, garlic pulp, sugar, citric acid, xanthan gum and ascorbic acid. GLUTEN FREE.

Taste and Aroma: Warm, peppery, smokey, hot, but not unreasonably hot.

Uses: Chicken, tacos, beef, soup, pizza, salad and potatoes.

Substitutes: Marie Sharps Fiery Hot Habanero Pepper Sauce, Dave’s Ghost Pepper Naga Jolokia Hot Sauce, Habanero Powder, Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce, Habanero Chile Peppers or Habanero Sea Salt.

Fun Fact: The Habanero plant is a perennial growing plant; it can produce Habanero Peppers for many years in the proper climate and conditions.
