Fines Herbes

Also Known as: Fines Herbs, Fine Herbs, French Herbs or Fine Herbes

Origin: French

Ingredients: Chives, Tarragon, Parsley Flakes, Thyme Leaves and Dill Weed

Taste and Aroma: Pleasant, fresh, bright and light

Uses: Eggs, fish, chicken, sauces, butter and French cuisine.

Substitutes: Herbs De Provence, Paris Seasoning, Pot Herbs or Bouquet Garni 

Fun Fact: Fines Herbes generally lose their flavor throughout the cooking process, so make sure to add them towards the end of cooking for maximum flavor.
