Herbs de Provence Salmon Salad Recipe

This is a super easy recipe for a very healthy dinner. It is also great made in advance and then eating it chilled for lunch. Can also be used with chicken or pork.
Herbs De Provence
Sprinkle the flesh side of the salmon with the Herbs de Provence. Get a searing pan nice and hot with the Tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, turn temperature down to medium and add the salmon skin side up. For an average thickness of salmon sear for 7 minutes and then flip the salmon skin side down for an additional 2 minutes. Remove the salmon from the heat and it should come out of the pan without the skin quite easily. Place the salmon atop your choice of salad greens and enjoy! Couldn't be easier.
