Use our 1.5oz Classic Roasted Chicken Stock reduction to make approximately 4 cups of roasted chicken stock or 6oz. of roasted chicken glace. 

Use our 16oz Classic Roasted Chicken Stock reduction to make approximately 2.5 gallons of roasted chicken stock or 7.5 cups of roasted chicken glace. Product can be refrigerated for multiple uses.
