The fruits are hand-cut to avoid bruising and to preserve their natural flavor and texture. They are slowly simmered in small batches and allowed to thicken without the use of pectin, until they reach their peak of flavor.  Sarabeth's Jams are OU Kosher certified, have lower percentage sugar than competing products, no pectin added and lower in calories per serving than ordinary preserves.This was the first product made by Sarabeth in her home kitchen and it launched the entire Sarabeth “empire.” A perfect blend of oranges, apricots and pineapple, it was described by Food and Wine Magazine as being “in a class by itself.” Winner of the “Domestic Fine Food Award” and “Outstanding Classic Product Award” at the International Fancy Food Shows.
