Semolina Flour

Also Known as: Semolina Wheat Flour, Semolina Pasta Flour and Durum Semolina Flour

Origin: Italian

Ingredients: Semolina, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin and folic acid.

Taste and Aroma: Distinctive, rich and chewy.

Uses: Pasta making, pudding, baking, dumplings, cookies, semolina bread, cereal, pastries and soup.

Substitutes: Spelt Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, All Purpose Flour or Potato Starch

Fun Fact: Semolina Flour is made from durum wheat, which is the hardest wheat available.
