Ingredients: Defatted Soy Flour - Refrigeration is recommended.

Taste and Aroma: Nutty, pleasant, sweet and distinctive.

Uses: Healthy substitute for regular flour in almost any baking application including: Bread, cookies, cake, muffins, gravies, sauces, soymilk pancakes, pie, desserts and pastries.

Substitutes: Clear Jel Cook Type, Xanthan Gum, Gypsum Powder, All Purpose Flour, Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix, Tapioca Starch and Spelt Flour.

Fun Fact: Defatted Soy Flour is even richer in protein than soy flour, as many of the unnecessary oils are removed.
