Spicy Chicken Breasts with ingredients from My Spice Sage

Arbol Chile Peppers, Brown Chipotle Powder, Black Pepper Ground 28 Mesh, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Powder Granulated, Onion Powder, Pasilla Chile Peppers

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon pasilla chile pepper (whole dried pepper with or without seeds ground in spice grinder or mortar/pestle)
1/2 teaspoon chile de arbol (whole dried pepper with or without seeds ground in spice grinder or mortar/pestle)
1 teaspoon brown chipotle powder
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black peppercorn
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 or 3 tablespoons vegetable oil or similar oil of choice

Mix all dry ingredients and then add oil to make paste. Rub paste liberally on chicken breasts and place in resealable plastic bag. Marinate for at least 4 hours. Grill on gas or charcoal grill on medium high heat for 5-7 minutes per side depending on thickness of chicken. Can be also cooked indoors on an grilling pan.
