Vanilla Bean Paste

Also Known as: Pure Vanilla Bean Paste, Madagascar Vanilla Bean Paste and Bourbon Vanilla Bean Paste.

Origin: Madagascar

Ingredients: Sugar, Water, Vanilla Extract, Vanilla Beans and Gum Tragacanth (A Natural Thickener)

Taste and Aroma: Rich, sweet, full flavored and powerful.

Uses: 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Bean Paste is equal to 1 Vanilla Bean or 1 Tablespoon Of Vanilla Extract. Use in dessert sauces, ice cream, creme brulee, cake, cookies, pudding and pie.

Substitutes: Pure Vanilla Extract 100%, Vanilla Powder 100% Pure, Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Mexican Vanilla Beans, Vanilla Beans Prime Grade A or Vanilla Bean Sea Salt.

Fun Fact: Vanilla Bean Paste gives recipes the vanilla look without having to scrape vanilla beans and without thinning out batter or sauces.
