I tried this in the meatloaf recipe. It has an excellent flavor but totally changed the "meatloaf" flavor that I'm used to. It was good but I think I will use it in soup or other recipes and maybe not in the meatloaf again.
I prepare a standing rib roast only two or three times a year and, due to its cost, have always been hesitant about the seasoning. This is NOT a chunk of meat to experiment with! I decided to trust the "wise" ones at My Spice Sage and tried their Roast Beef Seasoning. Wow, was this it! The flavor of the beef is enhanced wonderfully--not overwhelmed (or underwhelmed for that matter). Highly, highly recommended.
