What Our Customers Are Saying

"I ordered small quantities of various spices in order to the company. Every spice I ordered is very fresh and smells and tasted as if I had dried and crushed them myself. I received my order within a week. I was truly surprised and plan on order all my spices from here in the future. --C. Howard" - Cheri Howard

Great Service
First package arrived missing 1/2 of the ordered items - One quick phone call and the rest of the items were in the mail the next day, shipped express. Mistakes happen, and these guys handled it well. Quality of the spices goes without saying.

YUM! Lemongrass
I use lemongrass in a lot of my cooking, so it is always good to have some dried on hand in case I've run out of fresh.

A Really Good Tea!
I really enjoy this tea, however I can't drink it very often because it interferes with my meds. Live and learn!

Pretty Good
Good, altho not quite as flavorful as I'd like. I use it in my green tea. Handy to have dried herb that can be stored long-term. Fast shipping.

Lemon Grass
Purchased lemon grass to make lemon grass and ginger tea. The two ingredients together make a great tasting tea. My Spice Sage has sold me several items over a couple of years, and am very happy with their products and service.

Great Aromatic Lemon And Citru
Great aromatic lemon and citrus flavor, without the acid which usually accompanies them. The only issue is that even with heavy boiling the lemon grass bits don't break down enough to chew and stay very twiggy. I still enjoy using it, I just steep the lemon grass like tea and then use that broth in my recipes.

Dried Lemongrass; Exactly As A
Dried lemongrass; exactly as advertised. Definitely not for consumption as-is, it's very tough to chew. You will probably need to re-hydrate it unless you're adding it to a soup or stew. If you're interested in using this like other dried herbs, you will probably need to use a spice grinder to get it to edible pieces. It has great flavor that really builds up on your taste buds, though. Add a sprinkle to your rice as it cooks for an excellent touch!
