How did we ever live without them. I have used them for about 20 years every once in awhile we will get some fresh. I use them for a lot of dishes my gravies so many pasta dishes, anything I need a good robust flavor. Every kitchen should have them.
Dried porcini mushrooms - very happy with my order. I pulverize the mushrooms into a fine powder in my food processor, then jar the powder and use for tomato sauce, meat gravies, etc. Excellent flavor!
