Ingredients: Sugar, gelatin, fumaric acid, sodium citrate, potassium sorbate, salt, natural flavor, yellow #5, yellow #5 lake and dimethyl-polysiloxane.
Taste and Aroma: Sweet and citrusy Lemon Flavor.
Uses: Use a heaping 1/3 cup of gelatin for 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup cold water for - Lemon Jello, Lemon Pie, Rhubarb Salad, Pudding or Lemon Cake.
Substitutes: Unflavored Gelatin, Cherry Gelatin, Strawberry Gelatin or Agar Agar.
Fun Fact: Gelatin is often used by professional swimmers to hold their hair in place, as it does not dissolve in cold woter.
