Ingredients: Soy Sauce Powder (Wheat Free--Soy Beans, Salt , Maltodextrin) , Maltodextrin, Natural Horseradish Mustard Oil ( Horseradish Extract, Mustard Extract), Salt and Parsley
Taste and Aroma: Intense, sharp and hot.
Uses: Popcorn, homemade chips, French fries or anything else you want to add some heat to!
Substitutes: Wasabi Powder and Horseradish Powder
Fun Fact: Popcorn differs from other varieties of corn in that is has a thicker hull. The hull allows pressure from the heated water to build and eventually bursts open. The inside starch becomes gelatinous while being heated; when the hull bursts, the gelatinized starch spills out and cools, giving it its familiar popcorn shape.
