Below are three photos to give you an idea of how much product you will receive in each size package. We filled up each size bag with marbles and placed them next to a quarter to provide a clear representation. There are two different photos, one for standard spices/seasonings and one for herbs. Since many herbs are so leafy the same weight will fill up a much larger bag. This is why some of the herb prices seem a lot higher than the spice prices, but you are actually receiving more product.

The third image is of our 1 cup Bottle with Sifter next to a popular national brand found in most grocery stores. You can see that our bottle holds close to 2.5 times more product than the national brand bottle. Plus, ours often costs less! Please be aware some other online retailers only offer 1/2 cup(4 fluid ounces) bottles. We choose to offer double the size 1 cup (8 fluid ounces) bottles to give you the biggest bang for your buck!

We hope you can see from these images that regardless of which size you order, you are getting a lot of product and a very good value compared to the supermarket.

Lemon Berry Coffee Cake Recipe

This fluffy lemon-flavored cake is topped with fresh berries and rich cream cheese frosting. Perfect for brunch or just an extra-fun breakfast, this yummy recipe is a perfect way to make those you love feel special! This sweet cake is flavored with Lemon Peel Powder to get that lemony hint. It goes perfectly with eggs and bacon, and of course fresh coffee!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup

    butter, room temp

  • 3/4 cup

    sugar

  • 1/2 cup

    half-and-half creamer

  • 1

    egg

  • 2 cups

    flour

  • 2 teaspoons

    baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon

    salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon

    lemon peel powder

  • 1 cup

    fresh or frozen berries*

  • 8 ounces

    cream cheese

  • 2 cups

    confectioner’s sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 375-degrees. Cream together the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the half-and-half and egg. Stir in the lemon peel powder and salt.

Add the baking powder, and the flour. Mix until smooth. Press the dough into a greased 8x8” casserole.

Top with your favorite variety of berries.

Warm the cream cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add the confectioner’s sugar and mix until incorporated. Pour over the berries as smoothly as you can, it will be thick.

Bake at 375-degrees for 40-43 minutes. Cool slightly before slicing.
