Taste and Aroma: Intense flavor, much sweeter than regular lemons.
Uses: Use in baking, beverages and for cooking. Try a few drops of this extract in your tea to make Earl Grey tea. While bergamot has a beautiful aroma and is perfectly safe when consumed as a flavor, we do not recommend that you apply this extract to the skin. The oil has been linked to photosensitivity in some people and could cause a skin rash.
