Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Paprika, Extractives of Paprika, and Not More Than 2% Vegetable Oil and Silicon Dioxide Added as a Processing Aid.
Taste and Aroma: An authentic Italian sausage flavor: Sweet, hot, warm and full flavored.
Uses: Sausage, sausage and more sausage. Use 1 tablespoon of the Italian Sausage Seasoning per pound of meat. Cook up a small patty of the ground sausage mixture to check the seasoning. Add more to taste.
