Taste and Aroma: Bittersweet, tart and fragrant.
Uses: Used by hunters on their game such as rabbit, venison, wild boar, pork and fowl. Also good in more common recipes such as stews and lamb dishes.
Substitutes: No substitute for Junipers unique flavor.
Fun Fact: Juniper is responsible for Gins distinctive flavor, as it is an important ingredient in the Gin production process.
