Ingredients: Horseradish, ascorbic acid, citric acid, artificial colors (FD&C yellow #5, FD&C blue #1), corn starch.
Taste and Aroma: Intense, sharp and hot.
Uses: Asian cooking and sushi.
Substitutes: Horseradish Powder, or Mustard Powder.
