Ingredients: Butter (Cream and Salt) and Buttermilk Powder.
Taste and Aroma: Buttery, Rich and Creamy. Authentic Butter Flavor.
Uses: Popcorn, Vegetables, Potatoes, Baked Goods, Sauces and Casseroles. To reconstitute our Butter Powder, add small amounts of water to the butter powder until obtaining desired texture. For added flavor and texture, add a small amount of vegetable oil. 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of butter powder equals 1 full stick (1/2 cup) of butter.Substitutes: Yellow Cheddar Cheese Powder, White Cheddar Cheese Powder, Blue Cheese Powder, Buttermilk Powder and Whole Milk Powder.
