Taste and Aroma: Chia Seeds have little flavor. On hydrating, they enhance the taste of whatever they are added to.
Uses: Chia Seeds is a super food primarily consumed for its health benefits. Eat raw by sprinkling on cereal, yoghurt or salad. Add ground seeds while baking. Use soaked seeds in porridges, puddings, smoothies and gruels.
