Taste and Aroma: Very Hot, Citrusy and Fruity
Uses: Great finishing salt! Can also be used on meat, seafood, roasted vegetables, popcorn and as a bread dip by adding olive oil!
Substitutes: Habanero Powder, Habanero Chile Peppers, Bhut Jolokia Sea Salt, Chipotle Pepper Sea Salt and Jalapeno Sea Salt.
Fun Fact: Unripe Habaneros are green and turn shades of red, brown, pink, orange and red as they mature.
