Ingredients: Sugar, gelatin, fumaric acid, sodium citrate, contains 2% or less of salt, potassium sorbate (preservative), artificial flavor, red #40, sugar and dimethyl-polysiloxane.
Taste and Aroma: Sweet, pleasant and fruity Strawberry Flavor.
Uses: Use a heaping 1/3 cup of gelatin for 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup cold water for - Strawberry Jello, Strawberry Pie, Rhubarb Salad, Pudding or Strawberry Cake.
Substitutes:Cherry Gelatin, Lemon Gelatin, Unflavored Gelatin or Agar Agar.
